Well perhaps he doesn't want anyone to say anything because there is something to hide? Perhaps they didn't get Saddam, as the mounting evidence is suggesting? Why are these soilders in a confused state as the reporter mentions? Why would anyone be dazed and confused over finding Saddam Hussien?

Here is another video taken sometime later. Take note how the troops who just captured one of the worst criminals in history are really down and out. Instead of doing high fives, they are subdued and quiet. Also take note that Col Hickey had warned them not to talk but rather he was telling them the official story, which they all should already know. Also why is CNN releasing information before the Official Announcement if the troops are being told to be quiet about it? This stinks major time!
