ROBERT ARTHUR MENARD ( the corporate fiction created by fiction )
Disassociated from Canada by B.C. Supreme Court

A first: Man been "disassociated" from Canada by the Supreme Court of B.C., - not a 'terrorist', still a free man, just no longer allowed to "legally" defend himself in their courts, have access to due process or make claim for damages in commerce for himself or anyone else

A man who goes by the name Robert-Arthur: Menard, creator of ThinkFree and a strong freedom and human rights supporter, who the Supreme Court of British Columbia refers to as "Robert Arthur Menard of North Vancouver", has been prohibited from appearing in their courts and having due process, in addition to preparing documents for others present in court and even operating normally in everyday commercial transactions.

This occurred as he has fallen out of "good standing" with the Law Society of British Columbia after previously successfully challenging their assumed lawful authority.

They have decided, without due process, that he is prohibited from...

(a) appearing as counsel or advocate;

(b) drawing, revising or settling a document for use in a proceeding judicial or extra-judicial;

(c) drawing, revising or settling a will, deed of settlement, trust deed, ...;

(d) drawing, revising or settling a document relating in any way to proceedings under a statute of Canada or British Columbia;

(e) doing any act or negotiation in any way for the settlement of, or settling, a claim or demand for damages;

etc.

...effectively barring him from operation in society, 
including the proper use of commerce; 
the right to a claim or demand for damages regarding the use of commercial instruments, 
legal tender and accounts, 
and with utility companies and other businesses for simple services in everyday commerce.

This move is a first by the Supreme Court and the Law Society for any man in Canada and has surprised other supporters of freedom and human rights who have questioned how the Law Society can make such claims to disassociate a man from society.

He is barred from challenging it, even though he has only just found out about the order, and he is barred from preparing the documents for my his own challenge.

He has not found to have done any thing unlawful, only to have fallen out of "good standing".

The Order stands "until such time as he becomes a member in good standing of the Law Society of British Columbia".

Origins of dispute

The source of the contention can be traced back to 2000 when a child under his care was tried to be seized by the de-facto "authority" supported by the Law Society. Robert-Arthur: Menard made counterclaim at law and finally received justice but the Law Society continued to pursue matters against Robert-Arthur after he taught others how to receive justice in courts of record.

Robert-Arthur wrote in Nov. 2004...

I have spent many hours in the last four years in extensive study of the Law and I am now using that information to benefit my fellow man and help create a freer and more just society. Those of you who know me already are likely aware that I am motivated by my love for one Elizabeth Anne Elaine who four years ago was abducted under the colour of Law and by the MCFCD. I am also guided for my compassion for my fellow man and realise that I have a duty to treat all with dignity and respect. I love this Nation and the concepts upon which it is founded and believe that with my actions I am strengthening the best parts of it, while pruning the worst.

Just a little note to set the story straight cuz I know that my inner clarity is a key component to my inner Peace J

 

My experience with Rob Menard was from my perspective, mutually beneficial. He was huge in my development toward my own Awesomeness and I can honestly say that I would not be the brother in Peace and Love that I am today without what I learned from him or what I learned from another of my great teachers, Robin Belanger. I am massively grateful to them both and All That Is.

 

Also, I have learned that yes the money we are using is fiat but moreover this whole world and everything in it is fiat. The Energy that animates us as flesh and blood brothers and sisters is the only true currency here on Earth. The only thing that is real is that which never changes i.e. The Absolute; Spirit; God; Consciousness; Energy; Light et al. Everything else is a play and in reality nothing matters but the Love Unconditional. How well am I doing in that department is a question I ask my self on a regular basis.

My comment (Rob Hay)

Again I hope Rob reads my book, The Extortion System of the Ruling Elite. It is not about Law it is all about God. The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms only applies to Government as per section 32. The Preamble of the Charter states:


Whereas Canada is founded upon the principles that recognize the supremacy of God and the rule of law:


Charter means Corporation by the way. When you say God is Supreme as per the preamble above, what else matters? To say, “and the rule of law”, afterwards is a fraudulent statement. But that’s the whole point. There is no truth within fiction and the charter is reflecting the true nature of law, that it is based in fraud. What they are saying is that our rights and freedoms do not come from law, they come from God or rather, Love. The Bible was created from the perspective of fiction. Written by MOSES a fiction and titled as THE KING JAMES BIBLE, it is held in fiction. Not saying there is not good moral values taught by the Bible, just that the QUEEN was presented the BIBLE as the most valuable thing in the “world”, during her Coronation. The World is not truth, it is of the imaginary and everything within a world is based on fiction.


The Bible says we were created after our image, with God also being in that image. What they are trying to say is that they take out a mirror and the reflected image in that mirror is you. Of course this is not true, but it is true for the consciousness of the mirror reality. What God is and what we are is infinite unconditional love. The mirror is there to provide a inverse opposite to love, in which we must find ways to solve problems within the illusion using love. What else that infinite love have to do? When we come into the world we forget who we are and everything within it is designed to push us into believing we are the image and not infinite love. However the programing of the mirror and this reality we find ourselves in will be precisely true to the inverse or opposite of what love is. It provides us with opportunity to expand our love within the illusion on an infinite and multidimensional scale.


The man created by God has not been denied anything here, only the fictional entity upon which the man was using. All that matters is we make use of Genesis 1:26-28 in realizing that we share dominion with all man kind on the earth through love. They will not go against God’s will, but they will try and trick you out of it. It comes down to knowing who you are and who your creator is. Because darkness is cut off from the light, they have no sense of truth other than untruth. They have no sense of love other than the opposite to love, fear. They have many Gods and demons alike, but recognize one supreme God. God created Lucifer and Lucifer although at war with God has no power over God, this is why we align ourselves with God and assert Genesis 1:26-28, within the world. Our bodies are temples for infinite love which is who we all are. The fabric of the universe is made out of love. Lucifer holds the mirror in place with love so we may have free will to choose to love or fear. Our only true sin is simply forgetting who we are.


What has happened is some people have opted to loose their souls in darkness to accelerate their mental capacity and programing so they can control the illusion of this holographic universe. They have grown beyond the capacity for wisdom of their soul and this must be healed. However it was their choice and it is only through fiction that we are destroyed. Love is infinite. In reality they regain their souls when they remember they are love and is also what we must do to help heal them. We are not images on a mirror, we are infinite love. I talk more about it in my book, but it is part of having free will. The mirror only has power over us if we give it life through imbalances and fear The mirror is paraciticle and does all it can to extract fear from us through creating situations of imbalance and fear. Always remember, we give life, we are infinite love. The source of all does not come from an image in the mirror, all life comes from infinite love, which is reflected in infinite ways and dimensions on the mirror.
