In order to know what law is you have to go back to the origins of it, from there you will discover the truth. This essay is not about religion although it may appear that way. Also those who are religious may turn away from this thinking it is a bunch of lies. I urge you to read this carefully and fully as I uncover the illusion put before you. If you want to be free, read and know this information otherwise you will remain in the illusion. (Note I use the King James Version as it is the one used in the Courts)

Always keep this quote in mind when reading the Bible:

Gen3:1 Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?

What is the first question that you are ever asked in Court or by a Police Officer or anyone connected with the Government? It is, "What is your Name?" You blindly reply my name is Joe or Pete etc. and not realizing that you have just betrayed who you are. From that point onward you are treated as a Person or a thing, not as a man or woman in the sense of what you believe you are. You have lots of different credit cards and licenses with your name on it, your parents call you by name and so does everyone you know. However did you ever stop to wonder what the origin of names were? Probably not, however because Names go back tens of thousands of years or even hundreds of thousands of years or more, it is hard to get a fix on what the exact origin of names. Consider this the Universe is thought to be at least four billion years old, should be lots of names for things there right?

All oaths make reference to the Bible or God. Stay with me here this is not a religion lesson, however it might seem that way for some. The King James Bible only around 31000 translation errors in it, however it is the basis on which oaths are made. So anything that goes against the Bible would have no force or effect, so everyone would hope. By the way if you read John Chapter 1:17 it states:

John 1:17 For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.

Law is not based on truth, this is why Jesus gave the two commandments which we will get into later. Just keep this in mind when studying law as you will find law is completely devoid of love and only makes reference to things and objects. A person is only a thing not a living breathing flesh and blood man or woman.

If you look in Genesis you will find how God created everything in Chapter 1 but he never gave anything he created a name. Also a Man was actually unisexual if you read it carefully and compare the creation of man and woman in chapter 2 you will see the contrast clearly. Also pay close attention to the fact that man was made in God's image. Well God is everything that exists, so guess what you are? Everything that exists. This is why you can not give Man a name because Man is Everything that exists. Also take very careful note in chapter one of Genesis that God did not create any Laws at all. Also keep in mind that it was the serpent that wrote the Bible because God has never walked the Earth, although the LORD God has. LORD God is a creature not God, although it probably thinks it's God. Further the LORD God is a name confirmed here:

Now comes Chapter two of Genisis and the LORD God makes his appearance and creates the heavens and earth. It makes reference to the Book of Generations, which means time is now been introduced into the creation. Take note that LORD God is a creation of God and does not have any authority to make laws as God never created Laws. God is Infinite Love and Infinite Knowing. The LORD God a creation of God can go about naming anything he wants, however God never named anything and all Oaths are not made to LORD God, but to God.

So the Origin of Names came from the LORD God, however as you go along in the Bible it confirms that Man even though a creation of LORD God in the Book of Generations (Time Loop) still does not have a name. Before you jump ahead here, Jesus did not have a name either, only a name that was named. Take careful note here in Genesis on how Eve was named:

[15] And the LORD God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it.

[16] And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:
[19] And out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought them unto Adam to see what he would call them: and whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that was the name thereof.

Take note that the LORD God made Man and did not give him a name. It does not say that the Man actually had a name. It is an assumption as you will see in a short bit the actual naming convention is that a name is named, not the Man or Woman. You can go about naming everything, but everything is made in the image of God not the LORD God, thus everything is man. Verse 19 never states that the Man has a name called Adam.

Genesis 2:7 And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.

The Lord God did not make man in his image he only formed Man, which was created by God in his image.

You can go about naming everything that's for sure, but you can't give man or woman a name because God Created Man not the LORD God and Man is made in the Image of God and God is everything that exists as confirmed in John 1:3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

Gen 3:20 And Adam called his wife's name Eve; because she was the mother of all living.

Again take careful note the Woman wasn't named Eve only the thing called a wife was name was named Eve. This is important as all naming is done this way as only a name is named, not the Man or Woman.

Okay lets jump ahead for some confirmation of this naming convention.

The bible is rife with references to believe in his name, not in the man and certainly does make a separation between man and name. Also note that no man should testify against any other man as all man knows man. I admit that is a bit tricky to understand, however I will get to this in a little while, just focus on the naming aspects for the moment.

Okay here we clearly see that name is named JESUS. Also take special note here that JESUS is capitalized, exactly what your birth certificate is. However this may appear to be a name it isn't it is a straw man name. Straw Man names are capitalized and are fictional creations of the mind. They do not address a flesh and blood man or woman. If was spelt using proper English grammar Jesus, then yes it would mean something totally different, but it is not. There are no sins because God does not have any laws or sins. God is infinite Love and infinite Knowing and all men and women are made in God's image so all men and women are God.

Keep in mind here that creatures have names but man does not. Hense the mention of the Pharsees and Sudecees all have names, but they are not Man, that's the tip off. The LORD God has a name LORD God, not simply God and he walked the earth. This is a creature with a name, check it out in Genesis. There are lots and lots of references to Jesus as a name that is named in the sense those who believe in his name, not the man. You have to remember that we are in a time loop, the Book of Generations and that God rested from his creation on the seventh day, so this is God's dream as it were.

Now were are going to go into understanding John and how this ties in perfectly with the Courts. Read these versus from John Chapter 1.

[1] In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

Take careful note God is not a name, but a word. ( I take as a word meaning vibration )

[2] The same was in the beginning with God.
[3] All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

Thus however the LORD God may think he is God, he is only a creation of God.

[4] In him was life; and the life was the light of men.

Well here we see that God's only source of life is the light within men. Which is a tip off that Man made in the Image of God again is God and all his creation.

[5] And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

This is so important to know. I can not emphasize this verse more than any other, Darkness can not comprehend the Light.

[6] There was a man sent from God, whose name was John.

Okay this is the only mention in the Bible where you might think that this guy John has a name and is a man going against everything that I have been saying. Now watch what happens here in:

[7] The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe.
[8] He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light.
[9] That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world.

He was a man without light, thus he is not a man in the image of God so he is a creature with a name. Also extremely important here is that the light in every man is the true light of this world. World means Universe and thus the darkness can not comprehend the light within men, thus it can not comprehend the truth. Hense we are starting to make a connection here between the nature of light and dark.

[10] He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not.
[11] He came unto his own, and his own received him not.
[12] But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:

Once again we make reference that one only need to believe on his name, separating the notion of Man having name once again. The world knew him not and his own knew him not makes reference to the fact that man can not know a man that has no light in him. Hmm, Men with out light means projections. Yup, although someone may appear real, they may only be a projection into this illusion we are all in.

[13] Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.
[14] And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
[15] John bare witness of him, and cried, saying, This was he of whom I spake, He that cometh after me is preferred before me: for he was before me.
[16] And of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace.
[17] For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.

Covered this earlier but again we see that no law is based truth since the time of Moses. And if you go back to the time of Moses you will discover that it was the LORD God that gave Moses the Laws, not God. Bottom line is God doesn't have any Laws, God is infinite Love and Infinite Knowing.

[18] No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.

This is the tip off again that no man can see God, because God is infinite Love. If you go back to Genesis you will find that in Chapter One, that no mention of a book of Generations is made. God is infinite and the infinite has no time.

[19] And this is the record of John, when the Jews sent priests and Levites from Jerusalem to ask him, Who art thou?
[20] And he confessed, and denied not; but confessed, I am not the Christ.
[21] And they asked him, What then? Art thou Elias? And he saith, I am not. Art thou that prophet? And he answered, No.
[22] Then said they unto him, Who art thou? that we may give an answer to them that sent us. What sayest thou of thyself?
[23] He said, I am the voice of one crying in the wilderness, Make straight the way of the Lord, as said the prophet Esaias.

John is actually a man of darkness and darkness sees everything in terms of separation and fear. It cries out for a name because it needs to identify it to know it. However Man does not need names among man because man is the life and light of God. The Light sees everything as a wholly connected world while the darkness sees itself separated and in fear. Because of this fear they go out of their way to acquire great wealth and control as they fear there is no after life for them. They see the world in artificial ways as nothing seems real to them.

What I also want to point out about darkness is that it is operating within it's truth. God did create the dark and separated the light (truth) from it. Thus those who are of darkness are acting in a totally different reality than the light and the trouble is the light is so caught up in the illusions that it doesn't recognize this simple reality. To darkness infinite Knowledge is supreme rather than infinite knowing. To Darkness death is supreme rather than life. The difficulty facing us all is that the Darkness has gotten an upper hand in things and is snuffing out life all over the Universe, if the Protocols of Zion is accurate.

Light gives life to the darkness and darkness does have the right to live among us. This is the biggest lesson for both sides. It is coming to an understanding of truth and the true nature of darkness and of light by both sides and having mutual respect for each other. Because Darkness is scared it gravitates towards power and control. Light doesn't bother with that because it sees everything in the world in balance and connected. Thus the two commandments for darkness is very important, Love they lord God with all thy heart, mind and soul and love thy neighbor as thy self. However the problem with this is what does love mean to someone who can't feel love or know love? Starting to get the picture.

Love Day
1. A day when neighbors amicably settle a dispute. 2. A day when one neighbor helped another without payment.

Neighbor Principle
The doctrine that one must take reasonable care to avoid acts or omissions that one can reasonably foresee will be likely to injure one's neighbor. According to this principle, neighbor includes all persons who are so closely and directly affected by teh act that the actor should should reasonably think of them when engaging in the act or omission in question.

Human Being is NOT defined in any law dictionary, but only is referenced as a Monster.

[41] While the Pharisees were gathered together, Jesus asked them,
[42] Saying, What think ye of Christ? whose son is he? They say unto him, The Son of David.
[43] He saith unto them, How then doth David in spirit call him Lord, saying,
[44] The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, till I make thine enemies thy footstool?
[45] If David then call him Lord, how is he his son?
[46] And no man was able to answer him a word, neither durst any man from that day forth ask him any more questions.

What I wanted to bring forward here is that the term LORD is used by the Pharisees, who are the Lawyers in our society today as they were in Biblical times, at least the more expensive ones are I would think. LORD is of course the LORD God. LORD God wants to see conflict as that's is his nature. The LORD God can only have power over us in the Illusion if we are in conflict with one another so it can impose it's laws on us as a means of control, when in fact God has no laws!

When you go to court and you do not give your name. The Crown Prosecutor states, "There is an Unknown Voice before the Court." Well if you take into consideration the following. The court session starts with the Judge being presented to you with a name. Also the Judge is most of the time where a black robe as are the lawyers and clerks etc. Starting to see the picture form here? The court is not really a court at all, but rather a Temple. It is a place where the man that has no light may bear witness on that light. The Darkness can not comprehend the light and that light is the True Light of this World. Thus again there is no truth in law. If you actually spent time studying it, you would find that none of it reflects the two commandments nor does it have any staying power as the courts are commercial courts and can only recognize corporations and other lifeless entities, such as your straw man name, as shown on your birth certificate. You become a surety for the fictional straw man name once you give you name as to do so tells the court that you are a creature with a name, one of them. This is emphasized in

Gen 3:22 And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:

Lets revisit John 3:23-25
Now when he was in Jerusalem at the passover, in the feast day, many believed in his name, when they saw the miracles which he did. But Jesus did not commit himself unto them, because he knew all men, And needed not that any should testify of man: for he knew what was in man.

So what is going on is Darkness has put itself into a position of power over man and is testifying over what it thinks is Good and Evil, however darkness can not comprehend truth or love, so it classifies good and evil much more differently than we would, men and women of love and life.

As a side note the Canadian Flag and the torch that the lion is holding up on top of the Royal Coat of Arms of the British Monarchy, represents the Flaming Sword marking the way to the tree of Life:

Gen 3:24
So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life.

Thus this gives you a clear view on which God they are referring too when Oaths are taken, as for them to lie and oppress are the attributes and true nature of the LORD God.

Because all Oaths are actually made to God and not the LORD God, you have an upper hand here if you simply want to state that their laws do not apply to you and that you do not have a name. The Bible clearly states that laws are not based on truth and love and can not possibly have any Standing against you. However they are playing a trick on you by the fact that they are getting you to state your name and thus becoming a surety for the Straw Man name, which is an insolvent slave corporation, created by the Government when your mother signed your registration of Birth.

To say that you have a name is a lie and further it is only hearsay evidence because none of us were able to tell our parents that we did not have a name and contest it. Further none of us can remember being given a name, at least I can't and I would imagine most others too.

Now some will Jump up and Down saying that in Gen 5:1 it states:

[1] This is the book of the generations of Adam. In the day that God created man, in the likeness of God made he him;
[2] Male and female created he them; and blessed them, and called their name Adam, in the day when they were created.

Here it says that God Named Adam! So what's the beef?, as the saying goes. Well this brings us back to the fact that it states that God created man in the likeness of God and not in the Image of God. The Lord God created Man only in his Likeness. Again keep in mind that it was the serpent that wrote the bible and not God as God has no reason too and further God would have no reason to hide things through ticks of wording. The word Name is actually means to describe as you will note lots of baby name books do just that. The name is not you, your body is only a vessel for your mind and your body is a projection of your mind god self. We live in a holographic Universe and everything here is made up of frequencies. Thus they are really just thought forms and your brain decodes those thought forms based on your belief in them. If you do not believe in something you will not experience it or see it.

When you go to the actual translation of this small passage you find quite a difference. Keep in mind that the King James Bible has over 31,000 translation errors in it. Thus it is a fraudulent text of the bible and seems to be designed specifically to confuse people into believing that they have a name when they do not.

Take note that we have dominion over the LORD God as he was on the Earth and is a creation of God.

Here is another translation from the God's Word to the Nations Bible:

When God created humans, he made them in the likeness of God. He created them male and female. He blessed them and called them humans when he created them.

In the KJV bible Human is not a word you will find in there, it is completely devoid of that word. Again in this translation it states the God who created humans in the likeness of God and not the image and likeness of God.

What God did was to create a paradise for him/herself and live within it. The Darkness took on consciousness somehow and was devoid of truth and love. This is the conundrum we are faced. The Darkness created an illusion to trap us and feed off our fear. Perhaps fear of forgetting who we are, infinite love and knowing was what triggered the consciousness that is now manipulating us.

Madam, is your Majesty willing to take the Oath?
Who is taking this oath? Want to start looking at Fraud here. What is actually taking place is the creation of a Straw Man Name, QUEEN ELIZABETH II, which is a legal fiction. Because this is true, the Bishop asks the Woman Elizabeth Windsor if her Majeesty is willing to take the Oath. This deflects the obligations of the flesh and Blood Woman from the Oath and places it on a thing called a Majesty, which is a name that is named Majesty. This is a fraud, but we go along with it thinking it is the flesh and blood woman. If you look at other contexts of Majesty as used in the Oath of Allegence to the Queen, it is written as HER MAJESTY QUEEN ELIZABETH II. This is the Essense of Roman Law folks, it is based on an imaginary world where we are suckered into giving a name and thus acting as a surety for the name. If this was not true than Elizabeth Windsor flesh and blood Female would never do this.

Will you to the utmost of your power maintain the Laws of God and the true profession of the Gospel?

If this is not blatenly obvious to you by now, let me say it again. God has no Laws. Look back at Genesis and you will see God created everything and rested, end of story no laws needed as God is infinite Love and Infinite Knowing. So hence the reason for the flaming sword being held by the lion on top of the shield of the Royal Coat of Arms. Also take note that the LORD God made a Coat of skin for Adam and Eve and clothed them as he tossed them out of the Garden of Eden, nice touch eh? There are only 2 commandments, Love thy Lord God with all thy heart mind and soul and the second being Love thy neighbor as thy self and all laws must be based on these two commandments. Thus when you are using passages in the Bible for a defense or to justify your actions, they must be in line with these two commandments or they have no force or effect.

So if Adam and Eve did not have a coat of skin before hand then what were they? Starting to see a picture forming here. Adam and Eve were in spirit, not physical form. Another side note to keep in mind as it references the multi-dimensional aspect of man.

The things which I have here promised, I will perform, and keep. So help me God.

Again the reference at the end of all oaths, "So help me God" and not the LORD God. So this is possibly another way to corner the Judge or whoever into making reference to the Bible, based on their Oath of Office that they make reference to God and not LORD God. Again the only problem with the Queens Coronation Oath is that it creates a fictional name QUEEN ELIZEBETH II for which the Judges and Politicians are swearing an Alligence too, that has no possible way of being physically presented in a court room, thus who are they swearing an Oath too?

Lets take a look at the terms that the Courts use to define you:

A name is a word or phrase identifying or designating a person or thing and distinguishing that person or thing from others. blacks 7th

Person
1. A human being. 2. An entity (such as a corporation) that is recognized by law as having the rights and duties of a human being. 3. The living body of a human being. Blacks 7th Not a word used in the Bible.

1. An adult male. 2. Humankind. - /aksi termed mankind. 3. A human being. 4 Hist. A vassal; a feudal tenant.

Not defined in any major law dictionaries law dictionaries. Not used in the Bible.

A human-being by birth, but in some part resembling a lower animal. A monster hath no inheritable blood and cannot be heir to any land. Ballentine's Law Dictionary, 1930. A prodigious birth; a human birth or offspring not having the shape of mankind; which cannot be heir to any land, albeit it be brought forth in marriage. Black's 1st

1. A person who, by either birth or naturalization, is a member of a political community, owing allegiance to the community and being entitled to enjoy all its civil rights and protections; a member of the civil state, entitled to all its privileges. Blacks 7th

Slaves have privileges, free people have rights. Again it only references a person. Banks are Natural Persons but there is nothing natural about a fictional entity written on piece of paper. Civil Rights are only rights when the Courts and Government can not interfere with them. The US Constitution and the Canadian Constitution are both being trampled. Further Canada does not have a Constitution as Canadians have never voted on and ratified one and Section 2 of the BNA Act was repealed in 1893, so when Queen Victoria died in 1901 the Executive power died with her as per section 9 of the BNA Act. Again there is no truth in law.

To apprehend the meaning of; to know. Blacks 7th, Also to understand has another meaning in that you are standing for the charges or rights being read to you, thus making a contract with the Court or Police Officer that it is okay to proceed against you.

What you do have is a name that is named and that is all. This is reflected on your Birth Certificate in a form of a Straw Man name spelt in Capital Letters, usually with the last name first and first name last. It is a creation of the imagination as it were. Since in John Chapter 1:3 it states:

It can be argued that it is a creation of God and must only be used as per the two commandments that Jesus gave the Pharsies and Suducees in Mathew 22 in terms of law. Further because God himself never gave man a name nor any creatures he created as well. It stands that names are frivolous and hold no meaning and are indeed being used as a means to create oppressive untrue laws, to benefit the few at the expense of the masses.

In regards to man being everything that exists, it is not quite exact. In fact what what man is, is infinite love and infinite knowing as made in the image of God. What we do is create the reality from within us and our subconscious mind constructs it so our conscious minds decode it. Everything in the Universe is made up of frequencies. The frequencies/thought-fields only take form when we put our conscious attention on it. This is why the Rife Machine works and other Electro-Magnetic resonance healing instruments.

The roads and buildings etc exist because there is a consensus reality. The frequencies lower to the point of solidification. You have to keep in mind that the Bible states that we are living within the book of Generations and the LORD God went about creating an illusion of what God created. The way out of this mess is simple, just start challenging the illusions being put before you. Realize that about 50% of what you see is being filtered by your mind. So like the Neo Character in the Matrix, start recognizing that everything is an illusion and start challenging it. You are not your body, your body is only a coat of skin as the Bible states and it too is an illusion. The LORD God may have separated our sexuality into male and female bodies, but we are still unisexual beings outside of this illusion as a man is a man is a man. We create our own reality and there we do have access to God through prayer and thought. The more emotion you put into something the more likely it will happen, intense emotion and focus creates thought and reality fields quickly, which manifests what you are attempting to create, knowingly or unknowingly. Now throw that back at the illusion and watch the fun begin. Remember LORD God is only an illusion.

Now we need to look at Oaths of Offices for Judges and Police Officers to see the true scope and power of all this. The RCMP Oath of Office is as follows:

I, ............, solemnly swear that I will faithfully, diligently and impartially execute and perform the duties required of me as a member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, and will well and truly obey and perform all lawful orders and instructions that I receive as such, without fear, favour or affection of or toward any person. So help me God.

OATH OF SECRECY

I, ............, solemnly swear that I will not disclose or make known to any person not legally entitled thereto any knowledge or information obtained by me in the course of my employment with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. So help me God.

God has everything to do with law, if it didn't then why say it? Thus now you know. Also pay close attention to the fact that it only mentions person in the first part of the Oath, you are not a person you are a free will full liability man creation of God in his image after his likeness. Always remember Mather 22:15,

[15] Then went the Pharisees, and took counsel how they might entangle him in his talk.
[16] And they sent out unto him their disciples with the Herodians, saying, Master, we know that thou art true, and teachest the way of God in truth, neither carest thou for any man: for thou regardest not the person of men.
[17] Tell us therefore, What thinkest thou? Is it lawful to give tribute unto Caesar, or not?
[18] But Jesus perceived their wickedness, and said, Why tempt ye me, ye hypocrites?
[19] Shew me the tribute money. And they brought unto him a penny.
[20] And he saith unto them, Whose is this image and superscription?
[21] They say unto him, Caesar's. Then saith he unto them, Render therefore unto Caesar the things which are Caesar's; and unto God the things that are God's.
[22] When they had heard these words, they marvelled, and left him, and went their way.
Keep in mind that the above passage was actually spoken by a bishop at the Coronation of HER MAJESTY QUEEN ELIZABETH II. Thus it clearly states that the Politicians who are the Herodians here are not Persons thus no one is a person. What actually belongs to Caeser? Nothing, because in John Chapter 1:3 it states: [3] All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

Remember the Courts and the Police are playing the role of Darkness in the Bible. They can not comprehend the light and life within God and the true light of this world. They are acting on their truth as there is no truth in law. Once you realize this you can be more relaxed with them as you can easily deflect any attempts they may try take to arrest you etc. Take a look at John 3:23-25 again:

John 3:23-25
Now when he was in Jerusalem at the passover, in the feast day, many believed in his name, when they saw the miracles which he did. But Jesus did not commit himself unto them, because he knew all men, And needed not that any should testify of man: for he knew what was in man.

Here we are again the mere fact that no man may testify against another. Considering that all people in the Government are considered person's they just lost that status by Mathew 22:16 when Jesus confirmed that no one is a person. Thus no one may bring testimony against you.

All Judges when they take office pledge their Allegence to the Queen. In doing this they also must stand for the Queen's Coronation Oath. In the Queen's Coronation Oath she states that she, will do her upmost to uphold the laws of God. She also grants all rights and freedoms unto all people when she states any of them in the following section:

And will you preserve unto the Bishops and Clergy of England, and to the Churches there committed to their charge, all such rights and privileges, as by law do or shall appertain to them or any of them?

There is your common law rights under the bible folks.

I hope you got something out of this article. There is much more that I could go into, but for now it is a starting point for you and all of us to balance things out. If we don't start using the two commandments and forcing the courts to do so as well, we are going to loose this planet to a few Serpents who have tremendous hatred toward man kind.
