The only Caveat I would add to this is that perhaps in 1795 they had common law courts, however today they don't! The USA only has commercial admirality contract courts. Thus everything in the court revolves around corporations or persons which are a form of corporation. You ar not a corporation. Thus at "anytime you wish to leave the Military or exit a contract with the Government all you need to do is send in an Actual Notice stating that you are not a person and that the contract is between a person and the Government and not you and the government being a soverign man or woman. It was a fraudulent contract from the beginning and the US Constitution only applies to persons and the states not the Soverign people of the USA. If brought before a court martial all one has to say again when asked, what is your name, is say,"Is it a fraud on this court to give hearsay evidence?" If you are rebutted and asked the question again, simply say, "In order for me to give a lawful response to your question I need to know if it is a fraud on this court to give hearsay evidence?" Once you get the affirmative, simply state, "When I was born I did not have the mental capacity to know my name or to even give myself a name. My earlest memory was when I was about five years of age and I was told what my name was then, which is only hearsay."

To further this name aspect, keep in mind that all Judges and Officers and lawyers take an oath. All oaths end with, "So help me God." Thus it is impossible for any officer of the court to say that God has nothing to do with law because it is intergral to all law through their oaths. Pull out the Bible and read Genesis Chapter One concerning when God created man and women. God did not give man a name. Gensis Chapter it was the LORD God that gave Adam a name, not the real God. A name is only a discription, and it does not define a multidimenisional infinite being which God created. Adam only means first man. All names are just discriptions are arbritary as they hold no meaning for the infinite. Further if you do get rail roaded into a trial. At the end of the trial when the Judge passes his sentence being Guilty as it is an Admirality Law Court and a place of commerce, just simply say, "Your Honnor, I don't agree with your Judgement and I do not accept your offer of contract. Pick up your things and walk out. If they ask you to sign anything simply say, "Please state the law statute or regulation that says I have to enter a contract with you as related to a Soverign Man or Soverign Woman?" There is none. Leave. Keep in mind that you do not have a name and thus any Identification is not you and anything that you have signed in the past is not you, because they are presenting you as a person and you are soverign and thus a fraud. This is a little bit of info that hopefully will go a long way in helping you break free. Remember everything revolves around contracts. Lawyers are officers of the court and when you contract with a lawyer you are entering a contract with the court. When you state your name for the record you are entering a contract with the court. All they are, are bullies and intimidators. Nothing more. A person is a creation of the imagination. The all caps name on your uniform is not you. It is a name created by the bankrupt insolvent Government. It is called the Strawman name which the government uses as a bankrupt entity to interface with you as a soverign because under law you are God and they can only proceed against you if you give them permission too do so, and you do that by unwittingly entering into verbal or formal kinds of contracts under Roman Civil Law.

An Actual Notice simply explains the fraud of the Strawman name being used instead of your own and the fact that this is Fraud. Further to explain that the Government is a de facto one and that it only has jurisdiction over persons, which you are not. War is commerce and under equity all contracts must be clearly understood and agreed upon. Thus this was done in deceit and thus fraud. The Government uses the strawman because it is an insolvent entity and can only do commerce with other insolvent entities and thus it created a strawman name at on your birth certificate. You give them 30 days notice in the letter and follow up in 5 weeks with a confirmation notice and then simply walk away. I can put together an example of these if anyone is interested. Thinking on your feet here is important, because these thugs are officers of a make believe ship United States and they are not adept to going against the Captains wishes. However for those who want see no other option but to leave the military rather than fight defensless third world impoverished people for a living under the guise of freedom, this is one avenue that you might look into.
