"...The Titles of Nobility Amendment cancels the Citizenship of anyone who claims a Title of Nobility because the granting of a Title of Nobility usually carries with it an allegiance to the Ruler who granted the Title. But the real heart of the Titles of Nobility Amendment is the fact that anyone who claims honors (special privileges) that would grant them rights that the rest of the people do not have, automatically lose their Citizenship, and their ability to hold any public office..." Missing 13th Amendment Documents Located Constitutional Concepts Foundation has been fortunate to be associated with people who have located several documents that show conclusively that the Commonwealth of Virginia did ratify the 13th Amendment to the Constitution for the United States of America. And it was ratified prior to June 12, 1812. The Titles of Nobility Amendment is the Law of the Land. This Amendment guarantees each of us that we are all Equal, just as We declared in the Declaration of Indpendence. The Titles of Nobility Amendment cancels the Citizenship of anyone who claims a Title of Nobility because the granting of a Title of Nobility usually carries with it an allegiance to the Ruler who granted the Title. But the real heart of the Titles of Nobility Amendment is the fact that anyone who claims honors (special privileges) that would grant them rights that the rest of the people do not have, automatically lose their Citizenship, and their ability to hold any public office. This Amendment has the power to cause all Attorneys to lose their Citizenship because they claim the honor of belonging to the BAR. And, unless someone belongs to their private club -- the BAR -- they cannot practice law, be a judge, be a member of the Supreme Court or be the Attorney General for a State, or for the Country. This is, of course, all hogwash. There are no provisions in the Federal Constitution, which is the Law of the Land, that require any educational status for any position in any government. Nor are there any provisions that require membership in any organization, let alone, the BAR. Attorneys do not like the 13th Amendment because it takes away the special privileges they have enjoyed by making it so that anyone, farmers, ditch diggers, business men -- anyone -- practice law in any court of the land, or become a judge, or hold the office of Attorney General, or even be the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. http://www.constitutionalconcepts.org/breakingnews.htm http://www.constitutionalconcepts.org/13thamendment.htm http://www.constitutionalconcepts.org/ - - -
