Definition?
Accept for Value - I, as a prepaid human, accept this for my fiction, which cannot pay as it is under lien to me. Now the drawer is stymied as to who will pay. Will he pass the charge on to the government, cancel it or pay it himself. Every site proclaims this as the solution, but absurdly no site knows what this term means.
Treasury Direct Account- is this the present American routing for redemptions. I have lost track of what is infomation and what is disinformation.
Every body talks about acceptance. Nobody talks about accepting the fiction. Let us say, I claim ownership of fiction person and all income, credits, assets, trusts in name thereof. I think this is the strongest claim possible for assets in name of fiction. If you do not get a check for assets, then you have not succeeded in claiming fiction. This condition might be included in process, to make sure you end up with credits and not liabilities.
All liability for said fiction has been my liability. Therefore, all authority for said fiction must be and is my authority. Government has been trying to saddle me with the fiction continuously. How can they object?
Prior to this, I would lien the fiction and I would define it as an agent in commerce, with all income and assets passing through to me as per http://www.detaxcanada.org/intro.htm
It is not incorporated. I might immediately change person into a business name only, with the objective of removing it from jurisdiction of government.
However, I think, from the government perspective, the fiction is the remedy to no money. Perhaps by accepting the fiction, they would regard the human claim, to being prepaid, extinguished. |
